Our people

Lubov Duyko

Liubov Duyko provides legal support for significant social and cultural projects worldwide. She is an expert in civil law, international private law, litigation, real estate transactions, family and inheritance law.

As part of Pro Bono work, she provides free legal assistance to those in need. Liubov is a Member of the Board of the MusicAeterna Foundation, which is managed by the conductor Theodor Currentzis, and the Member of the Supervisory Board of The Oleg Karavaichuk Foundation. Liubov is also the founder of the Alma Mater, the Foundation for Support of Social and Cultural Projects, which serves as basis for the Social Theater Production Center.

Nina Mikhailyuk

Since 2015 Nina has been the executive director of the Alma Mater Worldwide Foundation.

She has a professional expertise in immersive art projects at the intersection of contemporary art, social communication and mental health, involving both professional artists and individuals with autism (and related neurodevelopmental conditions). She was
curating theatrical productions and performances across Europe: Amsterdam, Athens, Copenhagen, London, Paris, Moscow, Verona, Dresden, Berlin and St. Petersburg.

Nina has BA (culture and public relations), MS (political science) and was studying Ethics in AI in LSE and Film Producing in NYFA.

Tanyana Mikoni

Tatiana Mikoni is the partner of the Private Clients Practice and the head of the Pro Bono practice, specializes in the structuring of non-commercial projects, intellectual property law, family law and cross-border payments. She has considerable experience in providing legal assistance to state and private organizations engaged in international projects in the sphere of culture.

Her projects are included in the Legal500 and IFLR1000 international ratings.

Tatiana graduated from the Law School of the St. Petersburg State University in 2006; Master of Law (LLM) of Stockholm University, 2008. Since 2010, she has been teaching at the Law Department of the St. Petersburg State University. In 2021, became the Doctor of Juridical Science.

Yulia Andreeva

Yulia’s professional focus is on complex family and tax disputes, in particular, taxation of individuals (including in foreign jurisdictions), estate planning In addition to working with private clients, Yulia has significant experience in representing the interests of international corporations in complex litigation.

Yulias leadership recommended by the Chambers, Legal500 and IFLR1000 international ratings in the “Private Clients” and “M&A” categories. In 2020, the project managed by Yulia Andreyeva was recognized the most significant Pro Bono project of the year, getting high appraisal of the professional community and experts of the Pravo.ru-300 rating.
